In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, Maytas Infra said a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on Thursday to appoint Vaish and Jain as directors of the company in accordance with the order of the Company Law Board. Shares of Maytas Infra hit its lower circuit just after opening, to halt trading at Rs 105, down 4.99 per cent on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
